A construction firm has announced plans for a new 25,000- square-foot industrial building in Wayne, the first of two slated for a site at the western edge of the township.
The locally based builder, Donnelly Construction, is eyeing a spring 2022 groundbreaking for the project at 441 Newark-Pompton Turnpike, according to a news release. Plans call for 25-foot ceiling heights and a layout that includes 1,800 square feet of office and 2,080 square feet of mezzanine space, with the firm having recently secured planning board approval.
