Project Description

Donnelly Construction was contracted to transform an old indoor ice skating rink into a new Office Depot location. The project required the complete interior demo of the existing space prior to beginning the tenant fit-out, which featured all new MEP equipment, a new fire sprinkler service, and all new finishes. The exterior of the building also received a new upgraded storefront entrance and the façade received a major facelift with all new stucco and new illuminated signage.
