Project Description

This 153,000 sf tenant fit-out project features 11 active trailer positions, interior van loading area, and drive-in ramp. The scope included major site work, utility upgrades, new fire suppression, fire alarm, and HVAC systems, new motion-activated LED lighting throughout the warehouse, remote EV charging parking lot, 24ft high sound wall, and 9,000 sf of new office space for team break rooms and training facilities.
