Project Description

This 350,000 sf tenant fit-out project features 38 overhead dock doors, 7 active trailer positions, 36,800 sf exterior van loading canopy, and two interior parking lots complete with trench drains. The scope included major site work, utility upgrades, new fire suppression, fire alarm, and HVAC systems, new motion-activated LED lighting throughout the warehouse, warehouse employee showers, and 10,000 sf of new office space for team break rooms and training facilities.
