Project Description

This 181,000 sf tenant fit-out project features 6 active trailer positions, interior van loading area, interior parking lot, and drive-in ramp. The scope included utility upgrades, new fire suppression, fire alarm, and HVAC systems, new motion-activated LED lighting throughout the warehouse, and 12,000 sf of new office space for team break rooms and training facilities.
