Project Description

This 662,000 sf tenant fit-out project features 83 overhead dock doors, 16 active trailer positions, two interior van loading areas, and two interior parking lots. The scope included major site work, utility upgrades, new fire suppression, fire alarm, and HVAC systems, new motion-activated LED lighting throughout the warehouse, and 10,000 sf of new office space for team break rooms and training facilities.
