Project Description

Previously outfitted as a textile factory, this 142,000 sf tenant fit-out project features 5 overhead dock doors, and an interior van loading area complete with 230 ft of interior trench drains over 170 cubic yards of concrete. The scope included major demolition, extensive site work, utility upgrades, new fire suppression, fire alarm, and HVAC systems, new motion-activated LED lighting throughout the warehouse, and 10,000 sf of new office space for team break rooms and training facilities.
