Project Description

Upper Montclair Country Club selected Donnelly Construction to complete an extensive renovation to their facility, which includes a brand new Pro Shop, Member’s Dining room additions. The 2,000 SF steel-framed dining room will receive new coffered ceilings, and Kolbe bi-fold doors which open up to the new 5,800 SF timber framed patio. The patio is the highlight of the project and features a new outdoor bar, central fireplace, and a stamped concrete surface. Both additions received synthetic slate roofing to match the original slate roof that covers majority of the existing clubhouse.
