Project Description

Donnelly Construction first worked with Somerset Hills on the construction of a new maintenance barn, and the project was such a success that Somerset Hills selected Donnelly again to perform a 5,000 sq. ft. renovation and expansion of their Members' Dining Room. The scope of work included a complete rebuild of the dining room featuring new structural steel to expand the facility. One of the highlights of this project was the new Members’ Bar, which featured a new lighting package and radiant floor heating. The project was completed in a little under four months, on time for the Club’s grand opening on Easter weekend. “Superb job all around.
