Project Description

Indian Trail Club hired Donnelly Construction for a renovation of and addition to their Lake House. This project increased the Club’s catering capacity from a 3,000 sq. ft. combined Pre-Function and banquet area to a 4,200 sq. ft. Ballroom with a 2,800 sq. ft. Pre-function Room. Increasing the Club’s seating capacity to 300+, the project also added a new bar and lounge, a bridal suite, a new covered entry, and an exterior terrace lounge area. New Parret bi-fold sliding doors and windows in the ballroom enable the Club to open up the room to the beautiful lakefront. Even though significant scope was added during the project, it was completed on time and on budget, allowing the Club to meet its booking commitments. The Lake House at Indian Trail Club is the preeminent banquet facility in the area.
