Project Description

Arcola Country Club selected Donnelly Construction to perform renovations throughout their 105 year old clubhouse. The scope of work included the complete demo and re-build of the Men’s Grill and Mixed Grill room, which featured structural steel work, all new MEPs, and the replacement of all exterior windows and doors, finished off with an updated millwork package.

The highlight of the project was an 18,000 SF addition that housed new storage areas and offices for the kitchen on the ground level and a brand new terrace and terrace grille on the upper level. The biggest challenge on the project was matching the new exterior stonework to the existing 100 year old façade.
