Donnelly Construction has performed multiple renovations and tenant fit-outs to this 40,000 SF property over the years, including for grocery stores, automotive mechanics, laundromats, dollar stores, and others. No matter what type of tenant was looking to move in, Donnelly Construction was able to accommodate all of their needs.

Most recently, Donnelly Construction was contracted to build two additions to the shopping plaza which took place in two phases. Phase One consisted of a 5,000 SF retail space which was divided into two new stores, each store received new utility services, storefronts, and new sitework to tie into the existing shopping plaza. Phase Two included a 2,500 SF expansion of the existing supermarket in order to make room for a new depressed loading dock area on the back end of the store.
