Project Description

When Vitamin Shoppe decided to expand its headquarters presence in Secaucus they selected Donnelly Construction to perform the work. Partnering with the Vitamin Shoppe’s owner’s representatives, architects, multiple internal departments, and vendors, Donnelly delivered the project on time and on budget. Challenges to construction included working above an occupied floor, integrating into existing building systems, opening up to the floor below for an interior staircase, and some difficult building conditions. Donnelly adjusted work schedules as necessary, working later shifts and weekends, to minimize disruption to the occupied areas. We worked closely with the landlord and its vendors to ensure a smooth integration into the building systems. The result was a first-class office space and a very satisfied client.
