Project Description

This historic two-story building in Orange, NJ was home to the corporate office of Donnelly Construction for 20 years. When Donnelly relocated to Wayne, they converted the second floor of this building into fifteen loft-style apartments, while the first floor was transformed into a Cerebral Palsy of North Jersey adult daycare center.
