Project Description

Donnelly Construction was awarded the addition and renovation to the existing Caesars Bay Plaza Mall in Brooklyn, NY. The scope of work included new structural steel to expand the existing strip mall and make room for new tenants including Olive Garden, T-Mobile, and Kay Jewelers.

The entire strip mall received new mechanical systems, while the building addition specifically received new utility connections and vanilla box interiors. The project was finished off with various site upgrades including paving and line striping and a new façade to unify the entire plaza.
