Project Description

Donnelly Construction started a building renovation, as well as stairwell, elevator, and partial second story additions at the Children’s Day Nursery and Family Center in Passaic, shortly after the school year ended in June 2018. The work is well underway. When complete the school will have a completely refurbished interior and exterior, renovated classrooms, new office spaces, an elevator, and a new playground. Donnelly Construction has worked closely with the school leadership, DI Group Architecture, and a major donor from the initial concepts and budgets, through schematic design and design development, and throughout construction to ensure a complete understanding of the school’s requirements and the architect’s design while maintaining budget and schedule. The school expects to move into its newly-renovated building in Summer 2019.
