Project Description

Donnelly Construction was selected by Hartz Mountain Industries to perform renovations to the lobby and the Hudson Grille, including new millwork, lighting, and flooring. The highlight of the project was a new custom bar for the Hudson Grille that included multiple electrical upgrades for ambient lighting changes. The project was met with such success that Hartz Mountain reselected Donnelly to perform renovations and upgrades to their 198 hotel rooms. This portion of the project is currently in progress and is being completed in a series of phases in order to limit the impact on hotel operations.
