Donnelly Construction is proud to have returned to this illustrious club for its recent renovation and addition. The ground floor now features a 70 SF kitchen storage addition and an 800 SF patio upgrade, improving outdoor functionality and the member experience. 

On the first floor, a stunning 1,800 SF banquet hall addition and an 800 SF expansion of the outdoor dining terrace, with an 1,800 SF roof addition, have transformed the space. The floor was demoed to the studs for new finishes and advanced mechanical systems, supported by structural steel. The project introduced a stylish Member’s Dining and Bar, Pre-Function Lounge, Reception/Lobby, upgraded Member’s Lounge, Private Dining Room, and refined bathrooms, enhancing both luxury and comfort.
