Project Description

When Ramsey Golf & Country Club decided it was time to replace their pool building and renovate their forty year-old pool, they chose Donnelly Construction. The existing one-story building with minimal facilities and exterior pool equipment was replaced with a two-story building complete with locker rooms, kitchen, bar, deck, and pool equipment room. The result was a first-class facility with outside dining and bar seating overlooking beautiful Crystal Lake and the 14th Tee Box.

The swimming pool renovation included bringing the existing pool up to current code and adding a new splash pad. The construction was complicated by a mid-project decision to replace the existing timber retaining wall around the pool and pool deck, bordering on DEP-classified wetlands. Donnelly Construction hired the retaining wall engineer and managed the process from design to completion, resulting in an attractive masonry wall complimented by residents around the lake.

Donnelly is currently in Pre-Construction with Ramsey Golf and Country Club for an addition and complete renovation of their Clubhouse.
