Congratulations to NorthPoint Development and the Donnelly Construction Team on a fantastic build. Mound Road Industrial Park is a 1.4 million square foot industrial park, consisting of four Class-A buildings across 130 acres. Scheduled completion of the entire park is scheduled for December 2024.
