Project Description

Donnelly Construction was selected by Woodmont Properties for the interior renovation to the clubhouse, which included new finishes and millwork throughout the Lobby, Living Room, Pre-function Room, and the Members Casual Dining and Bar. The renovations included modifications to the existing MEP systems as well as new indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Working closely with the owner and interior designer, this design-build project was completed within a demanding four month schedule.
