Project Description

Donnelly Construction first worked with Ski Barn when they renovated their location in Shrewsbury, NJ. The project was so successful that when they decided to expand and open up a second store in Wayne, NJ, Ski Barn once again selected Donnelly to perform the work. The scope of work included the interior fit-out of a 13,500 sq. ft. existing space and project featured a large demising wall to separate the new retail space from another unit located directly next door, along with structural steel to create a 2nd floor mezzanine to house administrative offices. The 1st floor retail space received all new millwork, finishes, and lighting, as well as a new sliding storefront entry.
